Our agreement

Vision Eye Institute and Medibank have negotiated a special agreement to enable Medibank members who have their LASIK or ASLA surgery performed by a Vision Eye Institute surgeon to receive a 15% reduction on their surgical fees*. This offer is available to Medibank members who have Top Extras or Ultra Health Cover, including their corporate equivalents and selected Overseas Visitors Covers#.

• a dedicated 1800 telephone number to Vision Eye Institute;
• a dedicated clinic contact who will help manage their journey from start to finish;
• any follow-up refractive laser treatment (if required) for up to two years following the initial surgery; and,
• experienced staff to answer all their questions and ensure they are comfortable at all steps along their pathway to surgery.
