Vision Eye Institute is the first clinic in the Southern Hemisphere to offer laser cataract surgery – the breakthrough technology that’s revolutionising cataract and lens exchange surgery. • the first to perform LASIK using the IntraLase femotosecond laser, first to use corneal rings for keratoconus

Amongst the surgeons who perform laser cataract surgery, there is a past President of the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the first Australian Surgeon to be awarded an ‘MD’ for a doctoral thesis in Refractive Surgery, as well as (in combination) writing and publishing hundreds of papers and textbook chapters.
